Hy-Lok UK manufactures oil and gas fittings used extensively in both the upstream exploration and production, and the downstream refining and distribution of oil and natural gas products.
Our tube fittings, instrument valves, metal hoses, block valves, bleed valves, instrument manifolds, check valves, ball valves, CNG components, relief valves, compression fittings, and needles valves can be found on floating platforms, onshore drilling rigs, CNG equipment, and LNG equipment.
Hy-Lok's fittings are widely used in oil and gas processing and refining, especially in processes like fluid catalytic cracking, gas/liquid reactions, heterogeneous oxidations, hydrogen applications, oxygen enrichment, and partial oxidation.
Our products are capable of handling a wide variety of materials and gases in the creation of products such as gas fraction and liquid fraction. We also help with the safe and efficient handling of industrial gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, used for synthetic processes in a range of oil and gas refining applications.
Hy-Lok fittings can also be used in oxidation procedures. These processes are beneficial in increasing plant capacity, air compression backup, waste gas treatment relief, and improved flexibility in the operation of a plant or facility.
We manufacture fittings from standard carbon steel, stainless steel, and brass materials, as well as specialized materials designed for the heavy duty requirements of the oil and gas industry such as Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and titanium.
We are certified under ISO 9001, ASME, PVD, and API quality system specifications, and all of our fittings meet API 607/6FA and BS 6755 fire safety standards. In addition, we meet ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards for safety and environmental protection.
