Hy-Lok UK has over 30 years of experience providing valves for a wide range of applications across industries. Our valves are available in a number of applications including pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, instrumentation, and aerospace, each of which can also be configured for a variety of requirements.
Each of the valve types we offer can be manually or solenoid operated, or motor actuated with in-line, sub-based, or manifold mounting configurations. In addition, all Hy-Lok valves are tested thoroughly to the strictest quality standards to guarantee reliable performance.
Hy-Lok valves offer a variety of end connections, pressure ratings, handles and base materials including 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and special alloys. Hy-Lok is one of the few manufacturers capable of designing, developing and delivering custom fabricated valves according to rigid client specifications.

Hy-Lok check & relief valves are available in fixed and adjustable-spring models. Several material and end connection options ranging in sizes from 1/8″ to 1″ are available.
Cryogenic Valves
Hy-Lok's stainless steel cryogenic valves are designed to perform in the most demanding cryogenic environments, providing effective operation from -320°F (-196°C) to 700°F (371°C).
Bleed & Purge Valves
These valves range in size from 1/8″ to 1/2″ and offer a variety of end connections including Hy-Lok tube fittings, male/female NPT and ISO threads.
Diaphragm Valves
Hy-Lok's Diaphragm Valves are made of 316L VIM/VAR and offer a long life cycle with excellent corrosion resistance with a variety of surface finishes for your specific applications.
Toggle Valves
Hy-Lok's Toggle Valves offer manual and pneumatically actuated models for quick opening and closing. Available in stainless steel and brass with a variety of connections and configurations.
Inline & Tee Filters
Hy-Lok's inline and tee filters are available in 316 stainless steel or brass, and feature a replaceable 316 sintered stainless steel filter element for effective particle entrapment.
Instrument Manifolds & Gauge / Root Valves
Hy-Lok's instrument manifolds and gauge / root valves feature a strong, compact single-piece construction with metal to metal seals for ensured safety and performance.
Bellows Valves
Hy-Lok's Bellows Valves feature an all-metal seal, a maximum working pressure up to 500 psi (34.4 bar), and a temperature rating up to 200°F (93 C).
