Our full line of tube fittings, needle valves, ball valves, instrument manifolds, inline filters, hoses, double block valves, bleed valves, chemical injection valves, and root valves come in standard materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and brass, as well as special alloys including Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, and titanium.
Hy-Lok's forged fittings are available in a number of varieties to fulfil a wide range of specifications. These include fittings with 45° and 90° elbows, male and female elbows, and tee and cross pieces. We also offer full and half couplings, reducing inserts, and caps and plugs or square out of square, hex and round head varieties.
We also offer butt weld fittings in carbon, low-temperature alloys, or exotic alloys, stainless steel, or other materials.
Our products are corrosion resistant and ideal for use in extreme environments, designed to help prevent maintenance costs and promote safety and efficiency across facilities.
We carry many quality certifications including ISO 9001, DNV, Lloyd's Register, and ABS. We test to ASTM-F-1387, the standard for mechanically fitted pipe and tubing, as well as API 607/6FA and BS 6755 fire safety standards. We carry stock on a number of standard items to ensure customers receive their product quickly and offer the best prices in the industry.
