Hy-Lok UK provides ultra-high purity products including tube fittings, valves, and our ZCR face seal components.
Our ZCR components are finished to a surface finish of 0.25 µm Ra to ensure reliable performance under the toughest high vacuum or positive pressure environments.
Our research lab quality fittings are used in atomic energy research, universities, private labs, chromatography, analytical instrumentation, accurate analysis, and chemical sampling applications. Components are made of stainless steel or brass and UHP components are packaged in a class 10 clean room to prevent the introduction of any foreign contaminants.
Hy-Lok offers dependable high quality drip-free connections, including elbow insert configurations for quick connection and disconnection. We can also provide various other fittings such as mini connectors and small bore connectors for leak-free performance.
We also provide a comprehensive product line of temperature control hoses for improved flow characteristics. These hoses feature smooth internal walls, ideal for improved thermal transfer and flow characteristics.
Hy-Lok also provides a wide range of tube fittings. These include:
- Polyurethane tubing in braid reinforced, unreinforced, and pneumatic styles.
- Thermoplastic rubber tubing in FDA and industrial grades.
